- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Made an appointment for 9:30am on a Saturday. Didn't get seen until 11:10! Didn't leave until 11:40. Barely anybody here. 2 walk-ins came and went and two or three other people came and went. Why the hell would it take this long with an appointment??? What's the point of waking up this early on a Saturday for an appointment if you're just going to end up waiting for 2 hours anyway?? I could understand if it was packed but there was barely anybody there. It took just as long as it does when it's packed AND THEY KEPT SEEING PEOPLE WHO CAME AFTER US! Why are you seeing WALK-INS before people with APPOINTMENTS??!! And you have us sitting in there with the AC BLARING!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.
