  I have been seeing Dr. Faisal for 20 years now and I can't imagine a more competent Neurologist. I am an RN so I know a good physician when I see one. Many of the reviews here are regarding his staff. He is just a phone call away. Just ask to speak with him. He is compassionate and knows what he is talking about. Everyone has a bad day in the medical profession. Having been there. Give him a chance.

  Great sleep study BUT very poor customer service. If you wish to speak with someone on the phone and happen to finally get someone, the receptionist has poor phone skills. Also, when I was told I would receive a call back, I never did. Then, when I left messages on their VM they never called back. This is not a professional business, but unfortunately in network.

  This Dr. could not get done fast enough with my test. I'm sure he covered everything but was quick to get done and not because he had patients waiting but because he wanted to get on his cell phone for whatever reason. No personal skills it seems.
